We buy junk, damaged, used, and non-running vehicles for cash, and we offer free towing and pickup in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. We are a vehicle buyer; we are not a repair shop, dealership, or towing service for hire.
2. Quotes & Offers
Any price we give you by phone, text, or online is an estimate based on the information you provide. Our final cash offer depends on the actual vehicle matching that description when we see it. If the vehicle's year, make, model, condition, or completeness is different from what was described, the offer may change. You are free to accept or decline any offer, with no obligation.
3. Vehicle Ownership & Your Responsibility
By selling a vehicle to us, you confirm that you are the legal owner or are authorized to sell it, and that it is free of any loans, liens, or claims you have not told us about. You are responsible for removing your personal belongings and license plates before pickup, and for any items left in the vehicle.
4. Payment
We pay in cash at the time of pickup, once the vehicle and any paperwork are confirmed. The amount paid is the amount agreed upon for the vehicle in its actual condition.
5. Free Towing & Pickup
Free towing applies to vehicles we are purchasing. Pickup times are arranged with you and may vary due to weather, traffic, or scheduling. We make every effort to arrive as scheduled.
6. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
7. Not Legal or DMV Advice
Information on our site is general and is not legal, tax, or DMV advice. For questions about titles, registration, or your specific situation, contact the Arizona MVD or a qualified professional.

2. Cotizaciones y Ofertas
Cualquier precio que le demos por teléfono, mensaje o en línea es un estimado basado en la información que usted da. Nuestra oferta final en efectivo depende de que el vehículo real coincida con esa descripción cuando lo veamos. Si el año, marca, modelo, condición o partes del vehículo son diferentes a lo descrito, la oferta puede cambiar. Usted es libre de aceptar o rechazar cualquier oferta, sin obligación.
3. Propiedad del Vehículo y su Responsabilidad
Al vendernos un vehículo, usted confirma que es el dueño legal o está autorizado a venderlo, y que no tiene préstamos, gravámenes o reclamos que no nos haya dicho. Usted es responsable de retirar sus pertenencias personales y las placas antes de la recogida.
4. Pago
Pagamos en efectivo al momento de la recogida, una vez confirmado el vehículo y el papeleo. El monto pagado es el acordado por el vehículo en su condición real.
5. Grúa y Recogida Gratis
La grúa gratis aplica a los vehículos que estamos comprando. Los horarios se acuerdan con usted y pueden variar por clima, tráfico o agenda. Hacemos todo lo posible por llegar a tiempo.
6. Sin Garantías y Límite de Responsabilidad
Nuestro sitio y servicios se ofrecen "tal como están." Hasta donde la ley lo permita, no somos responsables por daños indirectos o incidentales derivados del uso de nuestro sitio o servicios.
7. No es Asesoría Legal ni del MVD
